SPECIFICATION CHECKPOINTS
Inner diameter, tube length, outer diameter and notch
Width, length, nonwoven composition and basis weight
Printer make, model and current roll reference
Shedding, absorption and vacuum behavior
APPLICATIONS / SELECTION PATHS
Explore the application, product interface and configuration decisions that matter to the actual installation.
SPECIFICATION PATH
Compare current roll width, length, core inner diameter and tube length against the physical machine fit.

KEY SELECTION DECISIONS
Choose a width, length and core set, then check the current printer model and sample fit.
A wood-pulp/polyester nonwoven reference and several basis weights are available to discuss, subject to sample validation.
Lock core construction, notch geometry, individual wrap and carton quantity for the approved roll.
TECHNICAL DATA / SELECTION MATRIX
Width is the wipe-web width; length is material per roll. Core values show inner diameter × tube length. Printer family alone does not establish fit to a specific machine.
| Printer family | Wipe width | Roll length | Core ID × tube length |

!Reference widths and cores are grouped by printer family. Confirm the exact machine, spindle/core geometry and trial fit before repeat supply.
SELECT / VALIDATE
Open each item for the engineering and documentation decisions that matter to this family.
A 55% wood-pulp / 45% polyester nonwoven reference is listed with 50, 56, 60 and 68 g/m² basis-weight choices.
Paper or plastic core and individual wrapping are possible; lock core drawing, notch geometry and carton quantity for the order.
Run a sample against the exact printer and check shedding, absorption and vacuum behavior before repeat supply.
Cleanroom wipes, swabs, tacky mats and ESD handling items are quoted as separate specification lines.
FOR A USABLE RFQ
Send printer model, current roll reference, measured web/core dimensions and monthly usage. We will select a sample for fit testing before repeat supply.
