KEY SELECTION DECISIONS

Reference panel

The documented starting point is a 19-inch, 1U, 24-port Cat6 UTP panel; other category and shielding combinations are selected separately.

Termination

The panel reference lists RJ45 keystone style, T568A/B and 22–26 AWG IDC range. Confirm exact jack and cable pairing.

Link validation

Pair the panel with category-matched modules and cords, then select the channel or permanent-link test method.

TECHNICAL DATA / SELECTION MATRIX

Copper patching component data

Physical panel, module, cord and manager details are specified separately to preserve the chosen channel category and installation plan.

Open each item for the engineering and documentation decisions that matter to this family.

Category and shielding

Select Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A and UTP/STP to match the link design; do not mix category claims across parts.
